You won't be able to put it down.

Reading these books is like watching a train wreck. You don't want to see what is coming next but you can't take your eyes off it. Best weird series I have e er read.

A Really Evil Eddie Haskell

Bobby Custer is still at it, using and discarding people at will. But there are cracks appearing in his plans. It seems that while he is busy manipulating others, someone is manipulating him. Bobby doesn't feel safe anymore. And he doesn't understand why bodies keep piling up. Montcreff knows things that Bobby thought he didn't. And who are his mysterious tenants?
This story just gets better and better. Bobby is still wheeling and dealing with no conscience in sight and he knows where some of the bodies are buried. But things are getting sticky and Bobby doesn't want anything sticking to him. Bobby reminds me of Eddie Haskell on the Leave It to Beaver Show....a really evil Eddie Haskell.
I'm in deep and am going to get the fourth book from KU. It's like teetering at the top of the first hill on the roller coaster.....you're scared to death but you can't get off. I'm on for the whole ride. Don't turn the light out, I'm reading.

A Legal Thriller, Faricy style.

After reading the first three in this series, I need a breather! Dev Haskell fans will immediately notice the Faricy touch: characters with serious flaws that keep the story fun, interesting and moving. Dev was basically a good guy with three major weaknesses: alcohol, women and judgement. Despite his flaws, you couldn't help but liking Dev Haskell. Bobby Custer is the opposite of Dev Haskell. A disbarred lawyer, Bobby is a smart, sneaky sociopath who takes advantage of others' weaknesses to exact revenge. There's really nothing to like about him. He works in a law firm, stealing and planting documents to get other lawyers in trouble. He breaks up families. Pushes drugs on recovering addicts. He makes daily calls to the head of the mob. He punctures tires and much, much worse. Will the mob eventually take him out and dismember Bobby? Will Bobby exact revenge on the mob? Will somebody call Dev Haskell to straighten all this out?
